Call is not connecting, in particular areas

Hi...

This is kala..and my airtel mobile No is 9849825362.i am using this number since six years. since one year i am facing the problem that call is not connecting in few areas like koti, santhoshnagar etc.i have given complaint about the problem.customer care people told that the problem will resolve in 15days but still i am facing the same problem.they suggested me to change the sim.

so.. i went near by airtel center to change the sim then i came to know that the sim was registered on another name which is not known by me.six months back i have given all the documents and identity proof even though it is not registered on my name.so they refused to give the sim.

Hence i request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needfull.
