Fake lottery call

Today i receved call from no 00923340660480 name mr rajesh bala. He informed me that he is airtel company ssecretary. And my number has been selected for 25lac lottery. And i have to give him my bank account no so company will trancefer my 25lac in my account. Buy i think this is a fake call. So why company not taking sny strict sction on duch act.
