Deduction of balance due to improper net service

On 31st july my balance was deducted upto Rs.150/- from my main balance. I had checked on 30th july my free mb bal was near upto

700mb. bt on 31st july it was 0mb. without any net usage. so i had complained in airtel bt there was no proper guidanceand servise provided as

required inspite of calling them many times. i want refund of my balance . plz rep soon
