Mental harrasment from customer care side and not disconnecting the connection after requesting for several times and thus generating bills

I got the airtel datacard connection in the month of December. I took it in a scheme of 1yr. After December, the connection deteriorated tremendously. But I continued for another few months. Then getting extremely disturbed with the connection, I requested to disconnect my connection. But the customer care told me to carry on with the connection and promised that the connection would be improved. But, that promise was a hoax as nothing improved. Again, I requested to disconnect the connection. The customer care people called me a hell lot of times and again asked me not to disconnect. But this time, I stick to my decision of disconnecting. Then they tried to lure with their several other schemes which I said no to. Even after this, my connection has not been disconnected after my repeated requests for disconnection and every month they are generating my bill. Why should I pay for something I am not using anymore?
