August 25: One Mr. Deepak visited me, completed Customer Enrollment Form (CEF No.187672), took Rs500, gave a receipt and assured that in 3 days we will have Airtel Internet.

About 3 - 4 weeks back one Mr. Rajeev Shukla (Territory Executive, Sampark BPO Pvt. Ltd. Mobile No.9935527344, claiming to be from Airtel), along with Mr. Kaleem (claiming to be Airtel Employee) visited us, took a Rs500 cheque (No.863772 to be drawn on State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur), and assured there will be Airtel Broadband Internet at our residence in 3 days.

After about a month some girl from Airtel Office contacted me on my Mobile and asked if I require Airtel Broadband Internet. I said, NO. I simply want my money back (Rs 500 500 = 1000).

I contacted Mr. Deepak several times. Last time (more than 4 months back) he said he has left Airtel. Mr. Shukla has been equally disappointing.

Kindly look into the matter and please pay back my money.

Mr. Deepak had taken with him my Wife's ID (Mrs. Roshan Akhtar Kazmi), and Address proof (address proof is based on Lucknow Municipal Corporation House No. However, addresses in this colony are marked based on Society Plot Numbers).

Mr. Rajeev Shukla took with him my ID (S.H.H.Kazmi) and Proof of Residence (BSNL Telephone Bill).
