Unnecessarily charges charged

We have filed ur complaint on 12th june (8 days ago) and haven't got any reply yet regarding the unnecessarily charges charged for zapak (RS.149/-) and for big flix (RS. 229/-)... for which we didn't subscribe even..so kindly remove these charges and send a new bill at our place... please cancel this unncessarily charged amount of RS.378/- as soon as possible... OR ELSE WE'LL NOT PAY THE BILL...
