This is to acknowledge you that I am registered user of your internet connection where there is a commitment of 649Rs monthly where i am suppose to get unlimited internet connection. Since Last 2 months i have been receiving wrong bills of 2000 app per month. This is ridiculous as my maximum commitment of 649/month. Now i need complete detail of my usage as well as i need a reason why my telephone services have been barred.
