What is going on at AirTel?

Today I got call from 01204279890 telling that I am from AirTel and want to install connection. As I have already mentioned so many times by mail and also over the telephonic conversation that my address has changed. Even on last sunday I got call from Airtel and I explained him my new address.

I have never seen even at BSNL such a miss-communication. Every time I got call from Airtel for my new address and as usual I gave that but when the site people call me he told me the my old address. Since January this cycle happens more 20 times.

Are Airtel is a Telecom company or amusement company?

Even I write to appellate they also behaving in the same manner.

Mittal Sir please reshuffle your employee or try to educate him or recruit a right employee or do something...
