I wish to state that I made an online payment of Rs 720 to Airtel through their portal India Ideas on 25-02 at 03:58pm for my broadband fixed landline number 011-45872368. And an amount of Rs. 720 was debited from my A/C SB01004000 for an online transaction done at India Ideas using CorpNet banking (Corporation Bank), Ref No: 00220120225076187696. The Airtel is stating that they are not in reception of my payment. Please help me get my money and punish the culprits.
