Taking money after disconnection

Sir/Madam,

I have deactivated the internet and telephone of number 040 40114015 on August But the airtel people are telling me you have not paid the bill. Current outstanding is pending...

I paid the two times to airtel after cancelation of internet and telephone connection; When ever i pay they are telling this is last and you don't need to pay and we wil send the executive to take the device. Again after 15days they are telling me that your current outstanding is pending.

They are not coming to take the device back. I did lot many calls to them. When ever I call them, they are telling your bill is generated with outstand amounts 119rs, 315rs, 112 rs etc.

I don't understand why this outstanding is calculated even after cancellation of connection.

Please help me. I cannot pay these outstanding amounts without using airtel connection. It is becoming burden for me every month :(. This is unfair.
