Mental Harassment

After suffering from pathetic internet services i decided to call it off & paid a sum of around Rs 3402 as net settlement. An executive came & collected the amount in exchange he gave me the net settlemet letter on company's letter head. I asked for the receipt to which the executive replied that the net settlement will serve the same purpose.

After few days i started receving repetetive calls saying your bill is unpaid.

One executive is after my life calling me minimum 6-7 times a day. I don't know whether it is part of her Jo or what but i am suffering a hell lot because of their process.
