Request to stop the service is not executed

I have been requesting to stop their services to the address given below and to settle my accounts since 15 days. Till date nothing has happend. REQUESTING AIRTEL TODISMENTAL THE CONNECTION AND SETTLE MY ACCOUNT.I AM READY TO PAY WHATEVER DUES ARE. HOPE somebody is there in airtel administration.
