Airtel IPTV channel not activated despite repeated complaints

Hi,

I had got Airtel IPTV installed with the IPTV 1098 plan. I requested for ESPN Top Up (ESPN Star Cricket Star Sports) on 1st July. ESPN and Star Cricket were activated, but Star Sports was not activated. I called many times (everyday twice or thrice from 1st July till date) at the Airtel Complaint number -198 and even emailed their email id - 121@airtel.in many times. But everytime I called these people said that my complaint would be resolved shortly or within 24 hours, but to no effect.

I am tired of calling them and had even requested for disconnection of my IPTV connection. But these people haven't done anything till now on that request even. Calling them again and again has been a mental torture for me now. They just keep you on long holds and come up with the same reply that it will beresolved.

I have given up the hope that this channel will be activated ever and am not sure what to do next.

Please look into this matter and take some stern action against Airtel IPTV.
