Hi Team,
This is to bring to your notice that attached bill is still showing an amount of INR 1537 as due for last month. I had also called up on the customer care but seems like they were least bothered to fix my concern.
To give you an overview, my Airtel IPTV connection was not working for the entire month of June for which I have 11 different ticket numbers (mentioned below).
436922 - On May 30th
47213426 - On June 04th
47234786 - On June 05th
47619764 - On June 14th
208718515 - On June 17th (This is call reference number, as ticket number was not provided by the agent)
47803218 - June 18th
47851644 - June 20th
47878868 - June 21st
47949852 - June 22nd
48113760 - June 26th
48317206 - June 30th
Finally issue was fixed on July 05th. During entire month of June, I was harashed by numerous phone calls stating again and again that my issue will be fixed (since I also work in a call center and sleep during day time), attending those calls was no less than a night mare for me.
I also got a confirmation call after July 05th from Airtel executive to check if my connection was working fine and since I somehow knew that next thing coming my way is the monthly bill, I did asked that exective to ensure that I am not charged for the duration my connection was not working & he assured me the same.
Now, from last 10 days I am getting call from Airtel on daily basis asking why I have not deposited the amount and everytime I have to tell them the complete story. This is again no less than harrsment as they don't even look at the history of customer before calling and all they are concerned about is damn bill. Is that how AIRTEL takes care of their customers??
Atlast, today (August 17th) I decided to walk upto Airtel store in hope of a solution, irony of my life... system was not working there. Lady executive over there noted my concern and all details (including above mentioned ticket numbers) and ensure me that she will call back in next 1 hour and that never happened. Since, I am in need... I again went to the Airtel Store (almost after 3 Hours) and by that time Lady executive had already left. Another Person Anil Verma assured me a call back tomorrow, lets see what happens next...
Meanwhile, I just thought I should write to all airtel departements in hope that someone will read this email and will help me.
