No Action since 50 days for IPTV Remote Replacement

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring to your notice my complaint regarding replacement for IPTV Remote. I have been an Airtel Customer for over one year.

I have made over 7 complaints over the past 50 days but have not got any solution from the Airtel Customer Service.

My complaint numbers are as follows –

Complaint on – 5th Nov

Complaint no 9143790

On 23 Dec – the Customer Care Supervisor was not able to give resolution date or time.

I request you to look into my complaint so that I can get a replacement remote.
