Airtel I.P tv connection
Cheated by airtel employee!

Dear Customer Care,

This is to escalate to the higher authorities that i have been cheated by Mr. Pintoo your employee his cell no is 9818884906.

I had given him cash of Rs.1750 on 30/05/10 for buying your service of I.P T.V at my residence. He also gave me the receipt against the money the number for the same is 1110655.

I have been told by ms. Chandani your executive that he is absconding and we can not provide you with the service untill or unless he returns and deposit the money with them. Does that means that there is no Authenticity of the receipt? which clearly says that this payment is made to airtel. This lady is so rude that she told me that there is no guarantee of the employee.

I would like you to either install my service as this guy promised the activation in max 48 hours. If you can not do kindly refund my money ASAP so that i can take the service of some other service provider.

KIndly take prompt action and acknowledge the receipt of my mail ASAP else I shall approach the consumer court.
