Airtel / iptv connection
No response on iptv connection since 11/07

I purchased Airtel new iptv connection on 11/072011. I filled all the forms & submitted my proof on the same date & I paid for the new connection in cash (1750/-). While applying for new connection they told me that Airtel server are going for upgradation & I will get new connection on or after 19th July but definitly in that week only.

But till now they haven't installed any connection. I called all the airtel contact in Noida more than 20 times but they keep on giving new dates. I even called Airtel customer care but they don't have any information about my application. They also gave same assurances that it will be installed soon. I visted their outlet on 29th & then 30th. They keep on repeating same thing. They are neither refunding my money nor they are installing new iptv connection.
