I ahve Broadband Connection in my wife s name residing at Ghaziabad.
We were given change of paln from Rs 899 to rs 649 with 20 % Discount inthe month of July.
Inspite of this commitment they keep raising the bills at Rs 899. amount got accumulated till oct.
Due to Non Payment of accumulated amount our Internet service was barged from 26th Oct.
Still we were getting bill for the month of nove and Dec.
On 21dec aONe representative came and got the bill settled at Rs 977 as against the accumulated bill of about Rs 2000.
We made the cheque Payment keepning in mind that Airtell has removed all extra charged payment and settled the bill. But to our surprise we again got the bill for the month of december for Rs 1275 in Fisrt week of Jan.
At the time of settling bill on 21st december the representative and the local collection centre man cheated us by Making false commitment once again.
Airtell is Cheating the people by Making False Commitment and not sticking to the promise made from their Representative or they adopt wrong attitude to collect some payment and again keeping mentally harasm, ent to the consumer as it is done in my case.
