Illegal deduction of balance

Dear Sir/Mam

This is to inform you that Airtel is deducting balance from my prepaid account for its unused Airtel Live Games Download.

1. On 10/2 I received two messages from Airtel saying that I have been charged RS.99 for downloading game from Airtel Live, which I have never used.

2. From my prepaid account a total sum of Rs.198 was deducted. I complained on 121 about this. The customer care executive admitted that this was done from their part and refunded the whole amount.

3. Again on 10/2 I received similar message and Rs.99 were deducted from my prepaid account.

4. I complained for this at 121 but now they people said they cant refund anymore and they cant even stop Airtel Live services from my blackberry 8520 handset.

5. Today on 11/2 I again received a similar message of game downloading and another Rs.99 are deducted from my account.

Is this the way that Airtel is supposed to deliver its services.

I am feeling hopeless, kindly assist me gaining proper services.

Also explain if Airtel cant take care of its customers, should I move to another service provider.
