Unwanted Service activation

Hello Sir,
I got a message saying "you are charged 10 Rs for downloading Hungama content game from Airtel", even when I have not clicked 'ok' when I get advertisement messages or followed any links, as I have already experienced such deductions.
This is repeatedly happening, and it is for the fifth time I being deducted of money like this. Just a week before I was charged for activating "rural IVR".
When I call customer care to inquire about this I get the same disappointing answer&-quot;you have activated the service, hence you are charged" I really have no idea when do i subscribe for all these. More over the Airtel customer care executives (Mrs/Ms Savitha, #55 Divyashree complex, Opp Jayadeva hospital. Bangalore) are as irresponsible as one can be while answering. She is like " Go and tell who ever you want, I can't do anything. You opted for it and you have been charged for the same, thats it", I never expected somebody to speak like this.
Please help me what I can do in this situations? I will always be speaking to some unknown voice if I call customer care and I have realized it is again wasting money (50 ps for 3 mins).
