Internet speed is very slow

Myself pradeep negi. i have purchased a data-card for micromax of airtel company.data-card is ok but internet speed is 20kbps... i am requested to you solved out my complaint as soon as possible..product emei no..359755020612541..no. of fcts mmx 300g... i am living in faridabad, sector55, house no..525.
