Airtel/micro-max usb modem
Usb modem is not properly support in window 7

Myself pradeep negi.i am purchased a usb modem for micromax of the company airtel.the problem is that the usb modem is not support in window7 properly .through which the internet speed is very-slow is about near 20kbps. i am talked with airtel customer care than he told me your complaint is locked and mail to airtel company.till 29th july airtel company in favour no call for me related solved out my problem.i am requested to you solved-out my problem as soon as possilbe.i wanted to back my money.product emei no..359755020612541 and s/n emcx 9032702240..i am request to you take strict action against company..my contact no..9871778729, 9871734098..i have already loged complaint in consumer court...
