Cheating and lethargic service

Initially they advertised that SBI Credit Card user will get a gift voucher worth Rs-400, which can be redeem for order costs more than Rs.1200. So I placed an order for 5 books almost 1.5 months back. Out of those 5 books i got only 3 books. after no. of follow ups after 1 month they replied me that those remaining 2 books are out of stocks, they ensured me that within 7 days the remaining amount (Rs 539) will be reverted back to my credit card.

But at last they reverted Rs 400 to gift voucher and remaining Rs 139 to my credit card. So the whole story is if i want to use that gift voucher once again i have to shop worth Rs 1200. The similar thing happened to even my earlier order also in which i ordered 2 books, out of those only 1 book was delivered and for other now after 2 months they are telling the book is out of stock.

I would not recommend shopping from indiaplaza to anyone.
