Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for new Airtel broadband connection and paid Rs.500/-. I located at C5A/60, Janakpuri, New Delhi. I processed new application through Harish Talwar (Senior Officer), 107, First Floor, Ansal Classique Tower, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. He received all my documents but yet no response. Another person Vikas Shankar from Airtel contacted me and said one document missing. Then i submitted tat on the same day evening. One day after i called Vikas he said your old connection will not be processed you contact Harish. When i call to Harish he is not attending call. What i do at this situation? Airtel has very good name globally but because of such Sales Representatives Airtel branding will definitely come down. I request you to take immediate action to both of them. Also i need my connection to process or reimburse Rs.500/- and return all my documents.
