Alence deduction

My mobile number is 9163057825. i am a student i am observing that, since last three months, main balance of my mobile has deducting. After deducting the balance i am getting a message that for game club activation my balance has deducted. Still now my balance is deducting for this reason. I have complained near about 10 times to Airtel customer care. But still now this problem is happening. What can i do???
