Mobile Office not working

Sir, my name is Suman Ghosh. I activated Airtel mobile office daily plan of Rs.5/- on 24th december. I got 50MB mobile internet which will stay for two days, means till 25th december 12'O clock at night. Sir, all though I get full network at my home, but I can't use this service because of Airtel's network congestion. I can't download anything, it stopped after downloading of 1MB content. My handset model is Nokia N72 and I have Mobile Office setting. I complained customer care for two times but they cut my call holding it for 10 minutes. Sir, the number of my Airtel SIM is 917602508831. I want that money back. Please help me.
