Deduction of balance three time

Three time balance diducted. Every time 99 rs. From main balance while surfing. One time 99 rs refund. Another two time not refund. When i call to customer care they told that they will refund but still not refund. I am using mobile internet since last 10 year and they are telling i am doing a mistake. Simply if there is a pop up for dedduction of money of 99 rs no body will do yes. They are telling i am doing. Every time Nodal officer is telling they are unable to access my no. Simply foolish. My complane no- 20417894900, 20418592762, 50419255959. When l ask for refund they told ok balance will come in 4 hr but still not got. Kindly do something.
