Broadnet not working since 02.06.11

Sub: Complaint against Broadnet

Our complaint registration No.153938783 dated 2.06.11

We are the subscriber of Reliance BROADNET since 09.02.2010

Since 02.06.11 our broad-net is not working and we have been complaining everyday three to four times and hence we have forced to operate our TATA photone during this period and till today. Even after our follow-up there is not satisfactory answer from your goodsleves.

Since we are one of the manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of crushing screening and material handling equipment and our communication and other banking all are through net hence we are suffering a lot.

You are requested to look into the matter

If the the complaint we mailed to is not a proper ID please forward this to the right ID or suggest us the ID on which we have to forward the same.
