An order was placed for 12 roses and 1kg black forest cake on the 13th july from amchiemumbai.com. This was to be delivered on 27th July but this did not come. The money was paid too.

The woman who handles the customer care (no: 09341338863) does not answer the calls and cuts the phone each time.

They are cheating a lot of people and immediate action should be taken.
