Slow speed

Hi Sir,

I am using Airtel Internet own Phone no:-011-41517221. Its Speed Is too Slow. We are using 2mbps speed Plan. But Its not going above to 200kbps. And we are unable to Download any heavy file. Please Take these Complaints Seriously And Kindly Consider the above problem and Resolve it as soon as Possible. We have complaint no. of times before but it seens you have not been able to correct the problem.
