Order expensive goods but delivered cheap goods

I have placed an order on 27th June and the order no. is 0626070001 for a birthday cake and ferroro heart shaped chocolates for my son. But my son received cheap cake and butter toffees. This is not the first time it happened. First time when happened i thought it is by mistake but now i realized it is their cheap tactics. I want file a complaint against this company and warn people for their fraudulent approach.
