A particular site is not opening

Here we are registraring this complaint after a several conversations with Mr Sitaram and his crew. Several times we have informed him about our internet problem but not even a single person came here to check What the problem is? becoz of this our clients are irritated as their updations are not done... as an internet provider u will be knowing "Customer is our Boss".

Really very very very bad service from such an esteemed organisation.
