No internet access

Dear sir

This is with reference to my internet connection 370092405443 . First i applied 4 connection on 28-6 when i was comitted to get my connection in 48 hours but my connection is set up on 10-7 and after 1 hr of service my internet conn is not working at all i made a complain and call customer care 10-15 times but my problem is not resolved yet and even no bordy has called me frm reliance.i cant expres how i am feeling im fed up with false promise of reliance cc excutives dont know what to do??? feeling so decieved and cheated. I have already bear so much financial loss due to non filing of tds return of my client because of on internet connection on nick of time .who will bear all this loss of mine and what answer i will give to my client about non filing of tds return they are going to kill me
