I called Justdial to get to know about BSNL broadband internet service provider in my area Pallikaranai. They gave me the list. In that Apj Telecommunication was also listed. I called him, he arranged a person to come and pick up documents and 600Rs. He came and got all the documents and money from me. After that when I call him, he doesnt pick the call at all. At times he picks and tells please go and see BSNL office. I went and saw BSNL office and there they are asking for lead number. Again after many tries he picked the call and when I said they are asking for lead number he disconnects the call. I called Just dial and made a complaint now. Its been 4 weeks now.
