APSRTC has online website, since last so many days the website online booking is not working, whenever we try to login it gives only one error "Server is busy. Please try after sometime... sorry for the inconvenience (code: MxUXCD)." and i have also tried to reach on given contact number "040-27617572" but this number always busy whether it is busy or not even we call in night also same message..

I think APSRTC does not have facility for online and customer service please remove this features website and also provide proper contact number which will reachable. APSRTC is misguiding the customer, who want to buy the ticket online... please take proper action against APSRTC on this complaints
