Hacked mail to be restored

Recently My E-mail was hacked by somebody & mails were sent to all my contacts that I am stranded in Belfast & asking my contacts to send 960 pounds. Now I am not able to open my id as scamster must have changed my password also. As i had stored lot of family functions photographs& &important information I want my previous id to be restored., I have opened now a new E-mail id & what exactly to be done may be sent to this new mail: crrchar@gmail.com or ramanuja.char@yahoo.com
