Efund problem

Dear concerned,

i ordered 3 footwears from yebhi.com under the same order no. YBH849120. I returned them due to size issues.

I have been told by customer care that gift voucher has been generated as a refund and email has been sent to me regarding this.

but i haven't got any email from them.

I have called customer care several times but they just say they have send the email or forwarded my complaint but nothing happens

and still i haven't got details of my gift vouchers.

i sent several emails regarding this to refunds@yebhi.com, escalations@yebhi.com, support@yebhi.com but i haven't got any favorable response.

its over 10 days and i'm tired of calling their customer care and sending emails again and again.

kindly acknowledge me problem.
