Hotmail account
Someone has hacked my hotmail account and sending spam mails to all my contacts asking for money with my name

From 8th March evening I figured out that someone has hacked my hotmail account and changed the password, secret questions etc. so I am completely unable to access my mail with contains important documents and photos which could be misused by the hacker. Then I started getting calls understanding that the unauthorized user has sent mails to all my contacts with the following note in my name. In this regard I have logged a complain at the local Police Station.

It's so nice to get your reply immediately after you got my message, I'm really grateful for your effort, I don't have a phone here right now. Please I want you to get the money to me through western union urgently to enable me pay the bills. you can send it to me with my name and the Address to receive in Spain.

I am extremely unhappy with the experience I had after making a call to customer support department of MSN. After spending atleast 30 mins the support lad informed me that they do not have any form of phone support other than online. I tried hard and managed to log a online complain which provided me a PIN as a proof o complain loged. Though it was supposed to get back to me with 24 hrs about some kind of status in the alternate id ; till now didn't recieve a single communication.

Would appreciate a quick action as mail communication is an integral mode of information and communication in today's world.
