Asking credit cards by typing by my phone

Dear sir,

recently i am willing give my phone no in india to day website.they are calling over by phone.that is ok.they are convincing their offers.they are said please type your credit card number & secret code typed by phone.whether it is correct or not .please clarify my doubt about typing of my card number.
