Unathorused transaction of 99.96 dollar for 1 year after 14 days trial period

I have been cheated by Binverse.com. I had sign up for free 14 days trial period and paid them 1 dollar. But after 14 days they had deducted 99.96 dollar from my Paypal A/c without my prior permission and without my knowledge. When I called to their customer service executive they told me that it was a pre-approved transaction made by you so they have deducted 99.96 dollar from my paypal a/c. when I asked them that I did'nt give them any authority to deduced the amount form paypal, they told my it is all mentioned in the agreement and Terms & Conditon when you signed up for free trial. Now they are not ready to refund. I have filed a complain againts them through paypal. They are investigating the case and will inform me about the decision.

Anyone can help me int his case? What should I do?
