Not delivered the winning cheque instead of payinn courier charge

On 3rd june i have got a message on my mobile that my mobile no. has been awarded 500 thousand pounds in chevron 2010 mobile draw, to claim contact John Jones via email chevron31@live.com

I consulted about it with WPC (Winning Processing Center) at wpc2009@gmail.com, they told me to contact Kiwis Courier company at info@kiwis.co.uk and deposit 38000Rs as courier charge where they tell you to..

I have done as directed by them and deposited the money on 19th july in ACCOUNT NO.:121801500410

BRANCH: GORAL

PAN: AVLPD1728N

ICICI BANK.

After depositing the money they demanded for more 76000Rs. But i didn't give and till now they have not delivered the cheque. They not told about this to me before, they told me that i have to deposit only 38000Rs to get my cheque.

After that they not reply any of my emails that i sent them. Niether WPC nor kiwis courier company.

Now please tell me what i should do to get my money back or to get my winning cheque.

Please inform me as early as possible.
