Defamatory Content

I have a complaint against http://www.panthic.org/articles/4866. The whole article and the photograph are defamatory. Misleading content of the article is causing great trouble in my political career.

My complaints:

Complaint1: My photograph has been tempered. The court has not found me guilty and still the site owner has marked me as guilty over my photograph.

Complaint2: The first paragrah says&-quot;A notorious leader of the Congress Party, Jagdish Tytler has been cleared of wrongdoing by the Central Bureau of Investigation. Tytler was previously facing multiple cases for his involvement in the 1984 Government organized genocide. Despite there being several eye-witnesses and other proofs present against Tytler, the CBI has claimed all cases as ‘unfit’."

The whole content is wrong, there has been not a single FIR against me. More then 10 enquiry commissions has cleared me. CBI cleared me twice. There were only two so-called witnesses.

1. Surinder Singh: In his last statement to the court he said that he had not seen me. Here are the proofs:

And the other so-called witness was Jasbir Singh, CBI found that he himself is a proclaimed offender and he his statements were not reliable as the names he took in his statement denied any kind of connection with Jasbir Singh. Here are the proofs:

After going thorough these proofs you will find that the website owner using words like "notorious" "mass murderer" and "guilty" are all defamatory.
