No problems during the on Journey But during the return Journey from Udupi to Mumbai (LTT terminus); the allotted Seat [Senior Citizen Aged 71-women suffering from (a) Osteoporesis, (b) vericose vein (e) Odima related swelling)]

Normally senio citizens were alloted lower birth (not Rac birth/seat).

Despite advance booking and reservation. the specific seat was forcibly given to a member of a group of youngsters. This means Rly staff do not respect the guiding principle of respecting very elderly people.
