Online cheating!

I am using online services of Ezeego1 Travels & Tours to book domestic airline tickets under various schemes. They have advertised a cash back of 50% against ICICI platinum card and I am waiting for almost 25 days without any response from them. I have also availed "Ticket Pe Ticket" offer and got 5 bookings in Deccan airlines through Ezeego1. I am supposed to get 5 free ticket. I have booked 5 free ticket as per the scheme announced. I am surprised and painful to note that they have charged Rs. 7875 to my card towards taxes and other levies but no ticket was issued to me.

I tried to contact their call center but no one is there to pick up the call. I also send about 20 emails to their inquiry, complaints etc, but no reply. I also carried all details through Blue Dart and I have a confirmation from them for delivery.

I would request everyone to be careful with this company.
