Trying to get me to send money

I received an email stating that I had won a $1, 000, 000 British Pound Sterllings jackpot. Well, as you guessed I was really surprised & started to correspond with this company & it's rep. (Dr. Halmiton Moore). Well after few emails back & forth I found that it started looking like a scam. Then Mr. Clinton Wallford involved E - Cargo Courier Services, Bristol. Well Mr. Clinton Wallford told me in his email that it was going to cost me between around 2200.00 British pounds to get the check & certificate shipped directly to me. I came to know that I should not have to pay anything to get the winnings but these people asking to pay before the transfer of money takes place. I think it going to be big scam. Please do the research and try to prevent these scams.
