Future Bazaar - A-von Click Trolley
Sent me damaged product

Hi,

I had purchased an Avon Click Trolley for Rs 399 from future bazaar. The product reached me in damaged condition and i sent it back to Futurebazaar on 24th Sep via ARAMEX couriers. The same was delivered back to Futurebazaar on 26th Sep.

Now after 15 days, they havent paid me back Rs 399 which was debited from my credit card, neither they responded to my continuous emails.

Will see whether they are replying in the next 2 days time, else will proceed with filing a complaint against them.
