Non delivery of defective product replacement

The story sees to be everywhere same with indiatimes. I purchased a bluetooth headset. Their supplier Teknix supplied wrong model. I returned it, never got back the correct replacement. Atleast 15 e mails every time generating new complaint number promise response and action but I believe that Indiatimes is only for looting people and they are running a scam on internet shopping.

Shame on Indiatimes.
