It is authenticated and cannot be opened until it is fully remitted to you, we are only helping you not to loose this funds as i know how important this is to you moreover, we are also aware that there various scam that has been going all round the internet by fraudsters who tend to use similar means to expliot individuals. this is a very delicate and careful transaction to us because The British Government will hold us responsible if there be any mistakes and you should know what that means.
