Complaint u/s 420 and u/s 498A and others; of Indian Penal Code against the woman staying in Shivaji Nagar Police Staff Quarters then allotted to police constable Shri Anada Dadu Bhise now retired and drawing a pension from the police Department, Pune.

A woman Shantabai Bhau Bhise who did stayed with Constable Ananda Dadu Bhise in fictitious names and relationships as auntie or chultie changing her name and other personal information such as age; appearance etc. is responsible for destroying the life of my sister since she is having extra-marital relationship with Anada Dadu Bhise. The person Bhau Bhise is fictitious entity created for concealing the true identity of Shantabai who sometime is posed as Sitabai resembling to his true auntie staying in his native place Pachvad in Satara District. My sister has been traumatised by the trick played on her by constable/PSI Anada Dadu Bhise now retired from the service of Pune Police Department in obtaining relieving court decree and avoiding his social responsibility at the cost of considerable loss to my late father and divorced sister. My sister staying in dilapidated house is mentally and physically ill and is bed ridden. It is very difficult for us to take her care as she is mentally in disturbed condition. I request an appropriate action against Shantabai/Sitabai Bhau/Dadu Bhise and retired constable/PSI Anada Dadu Bhise now staying in Pune.
