C Report from police

Dear all

My car got stolen on June in Banglore, i have lodged a police complient & i have a FIR copy too. As per the rule police suppose to investigate for first six months, if car is not recovered they have to give a C-report, after that i can claim my insurance.

Now issue is it has been 9 months, police is not giving me C report because of no reason. There is ball passing going on between circle inspector & SP.

I have following questions:

1. I have asked may lowyers to file case on police, ask ask the dates in court. Every one say's better pay bribe to police! even which is not working, am loosing time. I wonder about our law system.

2. As every body sign on load agreement, i have also signed on car loan agreement with Relience Consumer Finance which doesn't allow me to stop pay EMI till i claim insurrance-SANDWICH!

Please somebody help me to come to sort this out :)
